About Courtney

millenial psychologist australia online psychotherapy

Courtney designs and implements bespoke and personalised psychological solutions that address the unique needs and circumstances of individuals and organisations.

She operates at the level of attending to contextual and generational forces and how they shape individual experiences and psychology. She is attuned to systemic and structural injustices and collective dynamics that exist cross culturally, and often works with curious, creative, and sensitive individuals who seek meaningful development of their identity, resilience, and purpose across the lifespan as they navigate varied developmental terrain.

Courtney’s practice is grounded in traditional therapeutic techniques and paired with both new thought, depth psychology, and ancient ideas. She observes alchemical and animist processes and her work forms from a continuous process of supervision, deep listening, ongoing study, and contemplation of human ethics.

Courtney has been involved in the western psychological tradition since commencing studies in 2010. She has undertaken the following tertiary qualifications alongside clinical practice since 2013.

  • Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) - Bond University - 2011

  • Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology - Bond University - 2012

  • Masters of Psychology (Forensic) - Bond University - 2015

Throughout her professional journey, Courtney has accumulated knowledge and wisdom across a range of human landscapes, systems, and experiences. She expresses a non normative career trajectory in the field of psychology; commencing in forensic psychology and transitioning into clinical private practice in pursuit of meaning and depth.

Courtney embodies curiosity as an essential value and consistently honours her inner need for solitude and contemplation. She has accumulated experiences across diverse aspects of the community including forensic contexts and esoteric spaces and ideas within the general community. In her personal life, she is deeply engaged in the process if individuation and has come into relation with her personal metaphysics and value systems.

Courtney's practice is firmly rooted in the idea that therapeutic function, metaphysics, and consciousness have a sacred place in the human ecosystem and need to be restored to the western context. She rejects the trend towards corporatisation of the healthcare industry and her practice is firmly grounded in personalised human to human service provision.
